CONFIDENTIALITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Confidentiality and security are primary values for LIFEGIST and, accordingly, we assume the compromise of guaranteeing the users privacy in every moment and not asking for unnecessary information about the User.

In accordance with the Law 15/1999 of Data Personal Protection of Spain (LOPD) and the Royal Decree 1720/2007, we inform you that all the personal data collected in the website forms and those that we may receive by email messages will be treated and will be incorporated to the files of LIFEGIST who is the owner and responsible for them.  The personal data sending by the user implies the consent to the treatment of them, albeit revocable and without retroactive effects. We also inform you that our files are legally registered in the General Registry of Personal Data.

As a general rule, it is absolutely forbidden to provide any personal data of persons younger than 14 without the expressed consent of their parents or legal tutor.

LIFEGIST has the sole right to decide the incorporation or not of your personal data to his files.

The user is the sole responsible of any damage, direct or indirect, that may cause to LIFEGIST or to any third party as a consecuence of the filling the forms by the user with personal data that may be wrong, false, uncomplete, not updated or that belongs to a third person.

What Information We Ask for and for What Purpose

The details that we ask you for are those that are appropriate, pertinent and strictly necessary for the end for which they are collected, and in no circumstance are you obliged to provide them. Nevertheless, they are absolutely necessary in order to perform the services we offer you, which is why the form details responses are obligatory.

Our Website collects your personal trough some forms and by email:

  • Contact page: we collect your personal data to contact you with the aim of sending you the requested information or clarification, or to express any doubts you might have. 
  • E-shop page: we collect your personal data to issue your purchasing orders.
  • If you include any personal data in your e-mail, you thereby authorize us to incorporate said personal data in our corresponding files, and these will be regulated by the here present privacy policies. Your details will be incorporated into our corresponding Commercial File.
  • We also inform you that in case we may receive your Curriculum Vitae by email we will incorporate your data to our Human Resources file for the purpose of using them in present or future recruitment processes.

In all cases your data will be incorporated in our Clients file for the indicated purposes and we will keep them is such file until we will not receive your instructions to cancel them.

Rights to Access, Correct, and Cancel Your Personal Information

You have the right to access our databases for free at any time in order to look at your information, correct it if there are errors or if it has changed, or to cancel it if you do not wish to us to keep it on file. You may inform us of the right that you wish to exercise by addressing it to: LIFEGIST, S.L. via email at lifegist@lifegist.es or by ordinary mail to the address Avenida del Doctor Arce 14, 28002 de Madrid – Ref. Personal Data – enclosing in all cases a copy of your national ID or passport.

We assume that if you do not expressly cancel your personal information from our databases, then you are still interested in being part of said databases in order to facilitate our services on future occasions as well as to send you commercial information as long as LIFEGIST considers it expedient and as long as it is appropriate to the ends for which it was obtained. 

Personal Data Communication

LIFEGIST informs you that your data is treated confidentially and used exclusively internally and for the aims indicated. We therefore neither cede nor pass on to third parties any of your details, unless authorized to do so by the user or or in those cases authorized by law.

Security of your Personal Data

LIFEGIST in response to the trust placed in us, and bearing in mind the importance which your personal details require in terms of protection and confidentiality, hereby informs you that it has adopted all the measures of a technical and organizational nature necessary to safeguard their security, as demanded by Royal Decree 1720/2007 of Spain regulating security measures for automated files containing data of a personal nature. Nevertheless, the user should be aware that security measures on the Internet are not impregnable.

In order for us to be able to keep your information up-to-date, it is important for you to always inform us if any changes need to be made to it; otherwise we cannot guarantee its accuracy. 

Cookies

In order to facilitate navigation on our website, we may use cookies but, in any case they capture no personal data, browsing habits, nor they are used for advertising purposes so, therefore, are not affected by the article 22 of the Spanish Law of Services of the Information Society. In any case the user accepts their use and IP tracking which allows the collection of statistical data: date of first visit, number of times visited, date of last visit, URL and domain of origin, browser utilized, and screen resolution. Nevertheless, the user may, if he/she desires, disable and/or delete these cookies as per the instructions of their web browser.

LIFEGIST cannot be held responsible for the treatment of your personal details by websites which can be accessed using the various links contained on our website.

LIFEGIST may modify these privacy policies in order to adapt them to any legislative or legal measures that may be imposed in the future, and therefore asks you to read them every time you provide us with details over the website.
